How much is your call out fee? Our standard call out fee is $50 (plus GST) and we Charge $75 per hour for tradesman or $95 (plus GST) per hour after hours. Can I supply my own materials and will it cost me anything? Yes you can supply your own materials. It will not cost you any extra to supply materials yourself. However we cannot assume any responsibility for the materials supplied and if they are suitable for installation. How soon can you get there? For emergency call outs, we are generally there within the hour. For non-emergencies, we will book you into the first available time slot. Can you do computer cabling? Yes! We can do computer cabling, and we can also do almost any type of phone and data cabling, including wireless. How far do you travel? We predominately service South-East Queensland, however we are willing to travel through-out Queensland and northern New South Wales. Can I get an estimate over the phone? Yes. Am I able to add any variations to the work I need once the tradesperson commences? You can add variations to commenced work at an additional cost. The added cost will depend on the works required. Do you deal with domestic, commercial or industrial electrical needs? All of the above! Regardless of whether you need a light switch fixed in your kitchen or you need an entire factory re-wired, we're more than happy to do the work for you! What products and services do you provide?
